I started Farrell's in 2013 after a hard look in the mirror and not liking what I saw. Since then both my husband and I have become much healthier, happier people. I have truly loved coaching, instructing, and helping others on the way to a much healthier, happier self! The soreness after a workout is so much more satisfying than the soreness I was experiencing from being overweight and unhealthy!
