I joined the 10-week session in 2012. I became a FIT member after and for years I would take the winter off and get back into things in the spring. It wasn't until 2015 that I realized I missed being "FIT" year round. FXB has not only improved my strength and endurance but has also improved my self-esteem, energy, and overall happiness. I am in better shape at age 34 than I have ever been. My mile time this year was faster than it was at age 17.
