As a high school and collegiate athlete I always loved being active. However, with the demands of our growing family, I struggled to find time for myself and especially time for working out. I needed a change so I could feel better, have more energy, and be a healthy role model for my children. After completing the 10 week program in the winter of 2015, I committed myself to Farrell's. I regained my competitive edge, was sleeping better, and all around felt AWESOME. I took that passion to the mic and began teaching in the fall. Instructing has allowed me to push myself harder and help others reach their own individual fitness goals.
